Akarmak is a leading global company able to set up turnkey plants in truck tyre retreading (TBR) in precured system. Our range of products includes high capacity CNC Buffers, Autoclaves and Extruders able to retread tyres from 15” to 24” sizes in truck and bus tyres. Akarmak TBR retreading machinery is used by the retreading networks of major tyre companies including Michelin (Recamic), Continental, Goodyear and Pirelli. Our CNC lines of buffers (AKR 240C and AKR 240HCX) are fully computerized with high efficiency and accuracy. The robust cushion gum extruder series (AKR 550 and AKR 555) offers the quickest return of investments for its customers, increasing their plant efficency by significantly lowering dependency on labour and increasing quality level on final retreaded tyres. In addition to most critical machines of CNC Buffer, Extruders and Autoclaves, Akarmak is able to set up turnkey plants including other supplementary equipment such as inspection spreaders, envelope spreaders, monorail systems. Akarmak partners with different rubber suppliers in various projects and other partners who have in-depth retreading process know-how in order to offer solutions for its customers from machinery to rubber and TBR retreading process.
