Otr Tire Retreading

Akarmak is one of the leading companies that set up turnkey facilities for Off-The-Road (OTR) construction machinery tire retreading with orbitread systems representing the latest technology in the world. Our equipment, including Autoclaves, CNC Buffers, and Extruders, enables the retreading of all OTR tires ranging from 24 inches to 63 inches.

In orbitread retreading, we have our REX series CNC Buffers, which are equipped with advanced engineering and preferred by our customers worldwide. The buffers have four functions (peeling, buffing, regrooving, and extruder building) and are essential for the process. Besides critical CNC Buffers and Autoclaves, we offer turnkey projects to our customers, including the added services and complementary equipment like initial inspection, enveloping, and workstations.

Akarmak collaborates with rubber suppliers and partners knowledgeable in the retreading process to offer customers complete turnkey solutions, including machinery, rubber, retreading process know-how and training.
