Dewaxing Autoclaves
Investment casting, which was used for art from its discovery in ancient times until World War II, played a leading role in the development of the jet turbine engine and it has become a widely used technology in today's leading industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Power Generation, Automotive, Oil and Gas, etc. The dewaxing process is the removal of wax from the mold before pouring the metal and is commonly done with autoclaves. To ensure mold quality, the autoclave needs to be rapidly pressurized with steam.
Akarmak offers dewaxing autoclaves with self-steam generation as a complete all-in-one system, equipped with fully automated PLC control system and user-friendly software. Our autoclaves manufactured in compliance with necessary standards such as CE, ASME, EAC (GOST) and are certified by globally recognized organizations such as Bureau Veritas or TUV.
