Akarmak is able to set up turnkey plants in Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre retreading in precured and orbitread systems. Our range of products includes high capacity CNC Buffers, Autoclaves and Extruders able to retread tyres from 24” to 63” sizes. In precured OTR retreading, our CNC Buffers include peeling, buffing and tread building functions with fully automated CNC controls. In orbitread system retreading, Akarmak offers highly-engineered four-function (Pelling, Buffing, Extruder Building and Grooving) CNC Buffers in its REX series of machines. In addition to most critical machines of CNC Buffer and Autoclaves, Akarmak is able to set up turnkey plants including other supplementary equipment such as inspection spreaders, envelope spreaders, work stations. Akarmak partners with different rubber suppliers and other partners who have in-depth retreading process know-how in order to offer solutions for its customers from machinery to rubber and OTR retreading process.
