3300 x 12000 mm (130' x 470') Glass Laminated by Akarmak Super Jumbo Autoclave!

One of the leading glass producers in Europe and in the world, Şişecam, drew attention with an important production at its Bursa-Yenişehir glass manufacturing facilities. Şişecam announced that it has started the production of jumbo-sized single-piece glass with a length of 12 meters, which is the largest glass size in Turkey and the region, and delivered the first produced glasses to its and one of Akarmak’s customer in Ankara which is one of the largest glass processing facilities in Europe. Our customer laminated the single-piece glass 3.3 x 12 meters in the Akarmak autoclave. In addition to the autoclave, our customer also conducted the post-tempering heat soak test of these glasses in the Akarmak heat-soak test oven, which has multi-chamber functionality and is convenient for glass size 3.3 x 12 meters.
